Tournament Game Rules

Below you will find the rules for each official Tournament game at The Fall Classic 2017. All tournaments are Double-Elimination, unless otherwise stated. Best of luck to all players!

        • General Event Rules
          • WIRELESS CONTROLLERS WITHOUT THE BATTERY WILL BE ALLOWED
          • There will be ONE de-sync station. ANY Home button interruptions will result in IMMEDIATE ejection from the EVENT ITSELF (not just the respective tournament)
        • Street Fighter V
          • PlayStation 4
          • 2/3 Rounds
          • 2/3 Match Points standard
          • 3/5 Match points for Winner and Loser Finals
          • 3/5 Match points for Grand Finals
          • Double Elimination
          • Default round time
          • All Characters are legal
        • Ultra Street Fighter 4

          • 99 Second Rounds, Best 2/3 Rounds, Best 2/3 Games
          • Winner may change Ultra, but is character locked
          • Loser may change character and Ultra
          • Only Grand Finals will be 3/5 as per Capcom Cup rules
          • In the event of a “Draw Game”, both players will be awarded One (1) point to their scores. If the match was tied, 2-2, both players’ scores become 3-3 and they play until the tie is broken. If the match was 2-1 in the finals, the scores become 3-2 and the player with 3 points wins.

      First stage is decided by (Rock Paper Scissors) best of 1. Winner strikes, then loser strikes twice, then winner. (1-2-2-1)
      Following stages decided by winner banning one stage from all stages and then loser choosing. (There are no stage bans during Winners Finals, Losers Finals, and Grand Finals)
      Winning player is not locked into the same character for the next match, but has to pick before loser selects character.
      You may not choose a stage you have already won on unless mutually agreed to.
      You may not play on a stage that is not on the available stages list. This will result in a double disqualification
